About The Event
Our body is an amazing system where every cell and all biological functionings are interrelated, interconnected and greatly influenced by the environment.
Through working with their bodies and focusing their internal attention inwards ancient yogis discovered a unique function of the breath. By voluntary channeling breathing efforts you can impact the state of your biological health and the state of your mind gradually leading to a spiritual progress. Unique breathing techniques were developed.
I am happy to share with you these ancient practices of Prānāyāma and Kriyas (cleansing techniques) to show how your regular work with breath can regulate your focus, mental and emotional state to improve your health and wellbeing.
