Develop your understanding of breathing. Breath awareness with the skill to manage breathing all together it brings sharpness and clarity in the mind. It creates centring effect. During this guided class you will experience pure yogic techniques that prepare you to prānāyāma and then shift you into meditation. We shall focus on practicing:
yogic kriyas that helps your body to do breath work by releasing the tension and opening the diaphragm
understanding of complete yogic breathing and opening areas in the body that blocks amplitude of your breath
developing a stability of focus and managing the correct ratio of inhale and exhale
guided meditation moments and navigation of your attention to observer internal experiences.
