What does it take to move from spontaneous breathing into complete deep controlled yogi breath? A journey within through discovery of different elements of your own respiration, looking at spiritual and physiological sides of pranayama - extension of breath. For an experienced ãsanas practitioner or someone who never placed the feet on the yoga mat this is an opportunity to develop your regular pranayama and sitting/meditative practice with an understanding of your inner processes and integrity of yoga. The course will focus on prāņāyāma and the breath with kriyãs, supportive ãsana and guided meditation as part of the approach.
