Ashtanga Yoga Geneva In Meditation, we exercice a conscious choice to connect with something different than your annoying repetitive, boring, anxious or neutral thoughts. This practice reveals unhealthy tendencies of the mind and introduces to your attention all amazing elements that are always present in you but you never thought to pay attention to it. It connects us to a rich scale of sensation and a beauty of your own breathing. From there, you create a safe place of stability that strengthens your nervous system and balances your physiology. If you never tried Meditation or already practicing but would like to learn more please join our two hours sessions.
