About The Event
Developing your sitting practice. Stillness of attention in meditation. We shall learn how and where to look inside during this practice. Our focus will be on developing capacities to navigate your attention to your internal experience of a present moment without being lost in a mind.
What exactly we observe during the meditation and should we expect anything?
Understanding of various elements of experience. Activities of the mind with its thoughts: being lost in it or being aware of the stream of thoughts. Exercising a conscious choice to stay with awareness and step away from conditioned thinking.
How thoughts impact your body? Sensations, feelings, tension, breathing.

Finding within you a steady platform to be grounded so you can deal with restlessness of the mind.
